Do I have to be over 18 to order?
Yes. You must be at least 18 years old (or legal drinking age in your country) to purchase alcoholic beverages. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet the legal age requirement.
Is the shipping free?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout to ensure you receive the best available delivery option for your location. Any complimentary shipping promotions will be applied automatically where eligible.
When will I receive my item?
When we have received your order, you will automatically receive an e-mail confirming your order. Orders made before 2 PM (CET) will be picked, packed and shipped the same day. Delivery time is usually 2-4 working days with DHL Express.
Can I change or return my item?
If you need to modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once your order has been dispatched, changes may no longer be possible.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our Customer Care team within 48hrs of delivery. We will be happy to assist you.
Please note that, for hygiene and legal reasons, opened alcoholic products cannot be returned.
